# Capture

> Capture (Capture Capital OÜ) is an FIU-licensed Estonian Trust and Company Service Provider that helps foreign founders start and run Estonian companies: company formation, a Tallinn address, a licensed contact person, accounting and legal work. Licensed by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU000432). Trusted by clients in 40+ countries.

Capture serves international founders who want to incorporate in Estonia, either with Estonian e-Residency or through an Estonian notary under a power of attorney where there is no e-Residency. Every service is delivered remotely. Pricing is public, no VAT is added, and there are no setup fees or lock-ins.

Under Estonian law a company whose address is abroad must appoint a contact person, and only a closed list of licensed providers may act as one. Capture holds that licence.

## Plans and pricing

The annual plans cover the contact-person and address service. State fees are paid by the client and are always separate.

- [Standard plan](https://capture.ee/standard-plan/): EUR 320 / year. Capture acts as contact person, provides a Tallinn address for official correspondence, and scans and emails the documents it receives. Covers an OÜ involving up to two unique individuals across its shareholders and board members. Digital formation of that OÜ is included, with the EUR 265 state fee separate. Requires Estonian e-Residency.
- [Premium plan](https://capture.ee/premium-plan/): EUR 520 / year. The same service for an OÜ involving up to three unique individuals across its shareholders and board members, or an MTÜ (nonprofit) involving up to three unique individuals. Digital formation is included, with state fees of EUR 265 for an OÜ and EUR 30 for an MTÜ separate. Requires Estonian e-Residency.
- Basic: EUR 120 / year. Address only, for a single founder or board member. Self-service, with no formation, no contact person and no support.
- [Notary Formation](https://capture.ee/notary-formation/): from EUR 1,000 one-time, which includes the EUR 200 state fee. Formation through an Estonian notary under a power of attorney, with no e-Residency and no travel needed. Takes about two weeks. Requires an annual plan (Standard or Premium) alongside it.
- [Company Launch Package](https://capture.ee/launch-package/): EUR 799 one-time, for founders who do not have e-Residency yet. Capture drafts the e-Residency application, handles the correspondence over roughly two months, and forms the company once the card activates. The first year of the Standard plan is included. State fees of EUR 150 for e-Residency and EUR 265 for formation are separate. From year two the Standard plan renews at EUR 320 a year.

### What an annual plan does not cover

Formation under a plan assumes every signatory holds an accepted Estonian digital ID, every shareholder is an individual, and no notary or power of attorney is needed. Anything else is a separate engagement, quoted before work starts: a corporate shareholder, a foreign parent, a subsidiary, a branch, bespoke constitutional documents, or more owners than the plan covers. Amendments to a company's official details, document preparation and legal advice are also quoted and billed separately.
