Company Launch Package

For founders without e-Residency. Capture prepares the application, handles the correspondence with the authorities, and files the company as soon as the card activates.

Applying for e-Residency independently is possible, and it costs less. The application is a form, and most founders can complete it without help.

What this package covers is the drafting, the two months of correspondence that follow, and the company formation waiting at the end of it.

What Capture does

Capture drafts the full e-Residency application. That covers the business activity description, the target groups, the service provider details and the economy contribution statement. The correct activity category is selected, and the free-text fields are written in advance from the client’s actual business rather than left as prompts. The application is reviewed for consistency before it is submitted.

After submission, follow-up requests from the authorities are handled as they arrive. These commonly ask for Estonian contacts, evidence of existing professional activity, supporting documents, or a short video setting out the business plan. Capture drafts the responses and reviews any material the client prepares.

The formation documents are prepared during the processing period rather than after it. The company is filed as soon as the e-Residency card activates.

The first year of the Standard plan is included. That is the licensed contact person and the business address an Estonian company needs from its first day.

This is not the quickest route to an Estonian company. Notary formation is faster and does not involve e-Residency at all, though it costs more. That route is set out on the notary formation page.

Pricing

€799 one-time.

State fees are separate: €150 for the e-Residency application and €265 for the company formation, so €415 in total.

From year two the Standard plan renews at €320 a year. Nothing else renews. The €799 is paid once.

Timeline

Around two months end to end. The length is set by e-Residency processing, not by the formation.

The application is drafted and submitted first. Processing currently takes about two months. The formation documents are prepared during that period.

The company is filed once the card activates. Filing is the short part of the process.

Frequently asked questions

Is e-Residency required before ordering?

No. The package exists for founders who do not have it. Anyone who already holds e-Residency does not need this route and can form a company on the Standard plan directly.

What happens if the authorities ask for more information?

Follow-up requests are a normal part of the process rather than a sign of trouble. Capture drafts the response and reviews anything the client has to supply, so the request is answered rather than left to run down the clock.

What is paid after the first year?

The Standard plan renews at €320 a year. The €799 is a one-time fee and does not repeat.
