This service is for founders and companies that want to start or manage an Estonian company remotely. It is suitable for both new companies and existing Estonian legal entities that need a Tallinn business address, a licensed contact person, or company formation and registry filing services.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up through our web app in just a few minutes. Online registration requires an Estonian personal identification code. After payment and submitting your company details and identity verification, we review the information and activate your account. Activation is typically completed within a few days.
How do I receive my mail?
Incoming letters are scanned and sent to your account email. The originals are then securely destroyed.
How can I pay?
You can pay by debit or credit card during signup. The subscription renews automatically every 12 months, but you can cancel it anytime through your account.
Do you accept packages?
No. We do not accept parcels or large envelopes that do not fit in a standard letter mailbox or weigh more than 250 grams.
Do you offer a legal contact person service?
Yes. Our Standard and Premium packages include a licensed contact person. After verifying your information, we prepare the required filings and guide you through signing them so the registered address and contact person can be added to the Business Register. If we handle the company formation, we enter all required information ourselves as part of the formation process.
