What is included
Capture acts as your entity’s contact person and receives official documents addressed to it. Your entity gets a compliant Tallinn address for official correspondence.
Official documents received by Capture are scanned and forwarded to you by email.
If your OÜ or MTÜ has not yet been formed, digital formation is included when you join.
For an OÜ, we prepare the application, explain the requirements, flag evident name conflicts and discuss the proposed share capital.
For an MTÜ, we prepare the application and standard constitutional documents based on the information you provide.
You review and sign the application, pay the applicable state fee and submit it. We monitor the application until formation is confirmed.
Digital formation requires all signatories to have an accepted Estonian digital ID, all shareholders where applicable to be individuals and formation not to require a notary or power of attorney.
Formation involving a corporate shareholder, subsidiary, notary, power of attorney or bespoke constitutional documents is a separate engagement quoted before we begin.
Who this is for
An OÜ involving up to three unique individuals across its shareholders and board members, or an MTÜ involving up to three unique individuals across its founders at formation and board members.
Pricing
€520 per year, billed annually. No VAT. State fees are separate and paid directly to the Estonian state. The state fee is €265 for digital OÜ formation and €30 for digital MTÜ formation.
For an e-resident forming a new OÜ, the typical first-year total is €785. For an MTÜ, the typical first-year total is €550.
Amendments to your entity’s official details, document preparation, legal guidance and any other work beyond the contact-person and address service are quoted and billed separately.
