The people who prepare your documents are also the ones who answer your questions, so you deal directly with whoever is doing the work on your company. Between us we have worked in law firms and built technology companies.
Andri Koolme
Andri has over a decade of experience in risk strategy, fraud prevention, and digital business. With a law degree and experience in building technology companies, he helps keep Capture’s services reliable, compliant, and straightforward.
Mart Mikael Tuvike
Mart holds a master’s degree in law and specialises in corporate and tax law. He advises clients on company formation, corporate structuring, taxation, EU regulatory frameworks, and cross-border corporate arrangements.
Talis Tobreluts
Talis has experience in marketing, communications, and public-sector strategy, with roles at Enterprise Estonia and the Estonian Ministry of Finance. He focuses on Capture’s marketing, positioning, and brand development.
