What is included
The Standard plan provides an Estonian registered address and contact person for your company, along with the following services:
Registered business address in Tallinn
A compliant legal address for the Estonian Business Register and all official correspondence. Used as your company’s address of record from day one.
Licensed contact person
As your licensed contact person, we have full access to your company in the e-Business Register — including basic data, applications, filings, entries, letters, and documents. This means we can actively assist with registry matters, spot issues early, and help prepare changes without you having to navigate the system yourself each time.
Company formation for a new OÜ
If you are forming a new company at signup, we prepare the full application in the e-Business Register — including our appointment as contact person. You review, sign, pay the state fee (€265), and submit. We consult about topics such as name conflicts, trademark problems and share capital before it goes in, and monitor the application until registration is confirmed.
Registry amendment support
Need to update company details, change an address, or file an amendment? We prepare the filing, you sign and pay the applicable state fee (€25). Included for routine changes throughout your subscription.
Banking guidance
We recommend a business account provider based on your company profile and explain what documents to prepare. If speed matters, we flag fintech alternatives. The application is submitted by you — account approval is always subject to the provider’s own review.
Introduction to accounting partner
If you need accounting support, we connect you directly to our partner. Standard plan clients receive a 15% discount on their services.
Email support
For registry, compliance, and routine company questions. Responses within 3 business days.
Mail handling
5 official letters per month, scanned and forwarded within 5 business days. Additional letters charged per item.

How it works
If you are forming a new company Sign up and complete identity verification → fill in the company formation form → we prepare the draft and notify you → you sign, pay the state fee (€265), and submit → we monitor until registration is confirmed.
If you already have an Estonian company Sign up and complete identity verification → submit your company details → we prepare the contact person amendment → you sign and pay the state fee (€25) → change is processed within 5 business days.
In both cases, service is activated after we complete our compliance review. This is a legal requirement and applies to all clients.
Pricing and additional costs
€320 per year, billed annually. No VAT added.
State fees are not included: €265 for new company registration, €25 for contact person or address amendments. These are paid directly to the Estonian state.
For e-residents forming a new company, the typical first-year total is €585.
If you do not have e-Residency, company formation is handled through a notary and power of attorney. This is a separate service starting from €1,000, depending on the number of founders and their country of residence.
What's not included
Complex ownership structures, holding companies, MTÜ nonprofits, companies with 3 or more shareholders or board members, extensive case-by-case consulting, or banking application management beyond initial guidance.
