What is included
Legal address in Tallinn
The address the company is registered at in the Business Register. Every plan.
Contact person
Capture acts as the company’s contact person and receives official documents addressed to it. Standard and Premium.
We scan all mail and email it within 7 days of receipt. Parcels are not accepted.

Frequently asked questions
Can I switch from my current provider?
Yes, at any time, and your current provider does not need to agree. On Standard and Premium we prepare the change in the Business Register, and a board member signs it and pays the state fee. On Basic, a board member changes the address in the Business Register.
When can I start using the address?
As soon as all steps are complete and we have checked the information. We email you when the service is active, with the address and how to use it.
Can I use the address as an office or on Google Maps?
No. It is the address your company is registered at, not an office. It cannot be shown as the place where the company works, and there is no office space or desk.
What does the contact person do?
On Standard and Premium, Capture is your company’s contact person in the Business Register. We receive the official documents addressed to the company and send them to you by email. Basic does not include a contact person.
Can I use my own address instead?
Yes. If that address is outside Estonia, the law requires the company to have a contact person in Estonia. The address is also public in the Business Register, so a separate legal address keeps your home address out of it.
How do I receive my mail?
We scan your mail and email it to you within 7 days. The original is shredded. Basic covers 3 letters a month, Standard 5 and Premium 7. We do not accept parcels, or envelopes that do not fit a standard mailbox or weigh over 250 grams. If your mail regularly goes over the limit, we agree any extra charge with you first. You can change the email address on your account page.
Can you confirm my address for a bank or payment provider?
Yes. We can send a signed letter confirming that your company uses our address. Email info@capture.ee and say what it is for. We cannot confirm where the company actually works; if a bank asks for that, it needs your own proof, such as a utility bill or a bank statement in the company’s name.
Do you prepare the annual report?
Yes. It costs €249 when the year’s records are in order, or €99 if the company had no activity. We need the year’s bank statements, invoices and receipts, and a short note on what the incoming payments were. If nothing has been recorded yet, we quote that work first. The report is due within six months after the financial year ends.
Can a company registered abroad use the address?
No. It is only for companies registered in Estonia.
