Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this service for?
Our virtual address service is suitable for legal entities registered in Estonia (OÜ, AS, UÜ, TÜ, MTÜ) that want a legal/business address with mail forwarding and, if needed, a contact person for the Business Register when the address of the company is abroad. The service is also an excellent fit for e-residents.
How do I sign up?
You can sign up on our website in just a few minutes. Online registration requires an Estonian personal identification code or e-resident ID code, so the service is available to both Estonian citizens and e-residents. After payment and submitting the required information, we’ll send you instructions for using the address – typically within 24 hours.
How do I receive my mail?
Incoming letters are scanned and sent to the email address associated with your self-service account, and the originals are destroyed.
How can I pay?
You can pay for the address by debit or credit card at the time of ordering. The subscription renews automatically every 1 or 12 months, but you can cancel it anytime via the self-service portal.
Do you accept packages?
No. We do not accept parcels or large envelopes that don’t fit in a standard mailbox or weigh over 250 grams.
Do you offer a legal contact person service?
Our service fee includes the contact person service for those who need it (when the address of the company is located abroad). Once we have verified your information, we will send you instructions by email on how to add the address and/or contact person to the Business Register.
Why are you the best?
We offer the most competitively priced business address and contact person service on the market. We are also licensed by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit to provide trust and company services — a license that requires an impeccable reputation and strict compliance with regulations.
