Estonian business address pricing depends on what is actually included in the service — a legal address alone, a licensed contact person, or a full support plan. For foreign founders, a business address is usually bought from a service provider because the company needs a valid Estonian address before it can be registered or maintained properly.
How Business Address Pricing Works in Estonia
Pricing depends on what is actually included. Some providers sell only a basic address. Others include a licensed contact person, mail handling, company formation, and ongoing compliance assistance. The cheapest option is not always the most useful one. A low-cost address-only service may be enough for a simple company, but it usually does not include hands-on formation support.
| Service type | Typical price range | Usually includes |
|---|---|---|
| Address only | €100–€300/year | Legal Estonian address |
| Address + contact person | €250–€500+/year | Address, licensed contact person, basic mail handling |
| Bundled support plan | €320–€520+/year | Address, contact person, digital formation, banking guidance, mail handling |
| Notary formation route | From €1,000 one-time | PoA/notary-based company formation for founders without e-Residency |
Capture Pricing Explained
Capture is not positioned as the cheapest address-only provider. Our main plans are built for foreign founders who need a legal Estonian address, a licensed contact person, and digital formation for an Estonian OÜ or MTÜ.
| Capture plan | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | €320/year | An OÜ involving up to 2 unique individuals across shareholders and board members |
| Premium | €520/year | An OÜ or MTÜ involving up to 3 unique individuals across shareholders and board members |
| Company Launch Package | €799 one-time | Founders who do not have e-Residency yet and want the application handled through to a formed company — first year of Standard included |
| Notary Formation | From €1,000 one-time | Founders who do not have e-Residency and need company formation through a notary route |

If You Do Not Have e-Residency Yet
Both annual plans assume you can sign in the e-Business Register, which means holding an e-Residency card. If you do not have one, there are two routes. The Company Launch Package is €799 one-time and covers the e-Residency application through to a formed company, with the first year of Standard included — the trade-off is that the application itself currently takes at least two months. Notary Formation is from €1,000 one-time, takes about two weeks, and does not require e-Residency at all, because the company is formed by an Estonian notary under a Power of Attorney.
What Is Not Included
Some costs are separate because they depend on your company and situation.
| Cost | When it applies |
|---|---|
| State fee | Paid to the Estonian Business Register |
| Formation with a corporate shareholder or subsidiary | A separate engagement, quoted before we begin |
| Amendments, document preparation, legal guidance | Quoted and billed separately |
| Accounting | Depends on transaction volume and business activity |
| Annual report preparation | Depends on whether the company is dormant or active |
| VAT registration | Only needed if your business requires it |
| Notary, translation, apostille | Only relevant for notary-route formations |
Which Option Should You Choose?
| Your situation | Recommended option |
|---|---|
| You have e-Residency and an OÜ involving up to 2 unique individuals | Standard |
| Your OÜ or MTÜ involves three unique individuals | Premium |
