For founders who want reliable support with their Estonian OÜ — without doing the registry work themselves.
Capture’s Standard Plan includes a licensed contact person, registered business address, and hands-on registry support for Estonian OÜ companies with up to two founders.
What Problem Does the Standard Plan Actually Solve
Most foreign founders managing an Estonian company remotely hit the same wall eventually.
A simple amendment is manageable. But anything beyond routine — a structural change, a document that needs to be submitted formally — requires it to be drafted in Estonian. If you are not working with someone who handles that regularly, you are either paying a lawyer for a one-off job or submitting something you are not fully confident in.
None of these are catastrophic on their own. Together they are how companies quietly fall out of compliance.
The Standard Plan exists to close that gap. Not by taking control away from you — you remain the decision-maker and sign everything yourself — but by putting a licensed provider in the operational seat for the administrative work that surrounds those decisions.
What Changes When Capture Is Your Contact Person
This is the part most people do not fully understand before they sign up.
When Capture holds the contact person role for your company, we have direct access to your company in the e-Business Register. That covers basic data, applications, filings, entries, official letters, and documents.
In practice that means:
- When something needs filing, we prepare it. You review, sign, and pay the applicable state fee. That is your involvement.
- When an official letter arrives, we receive it, scan it, and forward it to you. Nothing gets missed.
- When you need a registry amendment, we handle the preparation. You do not need to navigate the system yourself.
Without that role, every registry interaction starts and ends with you. With it, we handle the operational layer and flag anything that needs your attention.
Who the Standard Plan Is For
The Standard Plan works well if:
- You have Estonian e-Residency
- Your company has one or two founders or board members
- You are forming a new OÜ and want the application prepared for you
- You have an existing Estonian company and need a compliant address and contact person
- You want registry support without managing it yourself every time
It is not the right fit if your structure is more complex — holding companies, subsidiaries, MTÜ nonprofits, or three or more shareholders or board members. Those cases belong in the Premium Plan.
Standard vs Basic — The Real Difference
The Basic Plan at €120 per year gives you a registered Tallinn address. That is it. No contact person, no formation assistance, no registry support, no email support. It is a self-service address for founders who are comfortable handling everything else themselves.
Standard at €320 per year is a different product category. The address is included, but the value is in what surrounds it — the contact person role, the registry access, the formation assistance, the ongoing support. If you need to ask whether you should choose Basic or Standard, the answer is almost always Standard.
Standard vs Premium — When to Upgrade
Choose Premium if:
- Your company has three or more shareholders or board members
- You are setting up a holding company, subsidiary, or MTÜ nonprofit
- You need company document preparation — resolutions, articles of association
- You need more hands-on legal guidance on structure or compliance matters
- You want faster response times and priority handling
If none of those apply, Standard covers everything you need.
The Formation Process If You Are Starting a New Company
For founders forming a new OÜ at signup, the process is straightforward.
You complete identity verification and fill in the company formation form. We prepare the full application in the e-Business Register — including our appointment as contact person — and notify you when it is ready. You review, sign, pay the state fee of €265 directly to the Estonian state, and submit. We monitor the application until registration is confirmed.
Before it goes in, we also consult on name conflicts, trademark issues, and share capital to make sure nothing comes back.
Pricing
€320 per year, billed annually. No VAT added.
State fees are separate and paid directly to the Estonian state — €265 for new company registration, €25 for contact person or address amendments. These are standard Estonian government fees and apply regardless of which provider you use.
